So, what is this Catastrophe Club?

The Catastrophe Club is a peer support group for people dealing with anxiety following depression, grief, stress and trauma.

The name Catastrophe Club refers to the most common sign of anxiety: catastrophising, or expecting the worst case scenario every time you worry or experience distress. It’s a tongue-in-cheek name, because laughter is the best medicine!

This Facebook-based group is a judgement-free space, where all questions are welcomed and members can feel supported and appreciated. It’s perfect for venting at 3am when you can’t get back to sleep, or sharing your fave tricks for dealing with panic, or for asking for book recommendations!
